Description of Classes
*All classes are 1 hour long
Bootybarre Plus: a fun high energy fusion class, combining pilates, dance, yoga with cardio intervals at the barre. A well-structured, easy-to-follow class, choreographed into blocks for total muscular balance of the body and perfect flow. bootybarre plus is low impact that’s performed to the beat of the music and burns mega calories. The class is designed into blocks for flow, time management, muscle balance, and seamless transitions.
BootyBarre Flex & Flow: a fusion style class, that is based on the pilates principles with movements inspired from exercises on the reformer or trapeze table. This class is performed to the beat of the music utilizing a band for strength training and total body sculpting. Unlike bootybarre plus there are NO cardio intervals, the class is steady state.
BootyBarre Prenatal/Postnatal: modifications are made for women prenatal or postnatal that are given approval from their doctor to exercise. If there are a group of women who are postnatal or prenatal that would like their own class it can be offered! *Note, if you are in your first trimester and have never done a Barre class or a similar exercise program I cannot let you in my class until your second trimester.
